Iron Horse Trail Stage 7 of 9 - San Ramon (Central Park)

Meet at the San Ramon Central Park at Bollinger Canyon Road exit of Route 680.

TIME: 10:00 AM

DATE: Saturday, 10/3/09

LOCATION: Meet in the parking lot for the basketball court and baseball field on Bollinger Canyon Road. The entrace to the parking lot is across the street from Market Place. It's just past Bishop Ranch Road on the left (if you're traveling East away from the freeway).

ADDRESS: The park address is 12501 Alcosta Blvd, San Ramon, CA 94583, but that takes you to the community center on the east side of the park. Our meeting place is on the southwest corner of the park near the Iron Horse Trail. If you end up at the community center, go back to Bollinger Canyon Road and make a right. Enter the parking lot on the right and keep following the parking lot toward the end when you'll see the basketball court on your right.

DISTANCE: 2 miles north. 4 miles total. It should take us about an hour and a half.

CONDITIONS: A paved trail. No apparent hills (I haven't walked this section before).
