This journey takes you from Kotor to Dubrovnik, two magnificent fortified towns on the Adriatic coast (both listed as World Heritage by Unesco).
Through hikes offering splendid views of the coast, we invite you to discover two countries of infinite charm, Montenegro and Croatia.
You will appreciate the bucolic landscapes of the Bay of Kotor and the island of Korcula, where the mountains plunge into a translucent sea!
Visit Kotor and its ramparts, listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Strolling through the alleys, you discover the old town of Kotor with its stone palaces, religious monuments, towers and bastions.
Hike to the top of the mountain of Vrmac, where a magnificent panorama over the Bay of Kotor awaits you.
Drive to the small village of Njegusi, famous for its prosciutto (smoked ham).
Walk to the top of Mount Jezerski (1675m) where the mausoleum of Prince Petar II Petrovic Njegos is located.
Cross the vineyards of Lumbarda before venturing on the paths lined with Mediterranean vegetation.
Loop hike in Mljet National Park around Malo Jezero and Veliko Jezero (the "little lake" and the "big lake").

Walking grade: Moderate
Four days with daily hikes from 4 to 6 hours and ascent up to 650m. Two days with 2.5 hours long hikes and ascent up to 350m.

Accommodation & Meals
We made a careful selection of 3-star hotels for this holiday. Both hotels in Kotor and Lumbarda are small, charming, family-run lodgnigs. The hotel in Kotor is located in the heart of the old town. In Lumbarda, you stay in a seafront hotel with a swimming pool. The hotel in Dubrovnik is located in the lively Lapad Bay area, close to many restaurants and bars. Dubrovnik Old Town is easily reached by a twenty-minute public bus ride. All breakfasts will be served in hotels restaurants.
