Join me for a refreshing morning of yoga followed by a relaxed picnic in the beautiful English Garden! Whether you're a seasoned yogi or just getting started, this is a great way to unwind, connect with others, and enjoy nature. Afterwards, we’ll bring our mats together and share a delightful brunch in the sunshine.

📍 Location: English Garden, in front of the Monopteros Monument
🧘 Yoga Session: ~60 minutes, gentle flow suitable for everyone who knows the basics of yoga
🥗 Picnic: Bring your favorite brunch, a hot drink or sth to share

You find me sitting on my yoga matt at the location from 08:45 am. Ideally, you arrive 10-15 minutes before the session starts.

What to Bring:

• Yoga mat (& Picnic Blanket)
• Water
• Your favourite brunch, a hot drink in a thermosbottle
• Sth to share, i..e. fruits, sweets, nuts, etc
• Comfortable clothes

My name is Johanna, and I am a qualified UIMLA mountain leader, and a qualified yoga teacher (RYT 500) based in Munich. I founded my own hiking & yoga business, Shanti Treks, in 2023 to create mindful hiking experiences that focus on exploring the mountains and connect to nature. I also offer weekends & weeks dedicated to practising yoga in the mountains.

Besides, I offer dayhikes on weekends near Munich, as well as multi-day hiking weekends, multi-day trekking weeks in the German, Austrian and Italian Alps. I also offer tours in Nepal in November and April every year.
