How to Deal With Avoidant People (Emotionally Distant Partners, Friends, or Family)

This will be open talk, where we hear each out and welcome anyone who wants to share a story or ask a question. The Life Coach will guide and help you navigate.

Avoidant behavior can look like:
• pulling away when things get close
• shutting down during conflict
• avoiding deep conversations
• needing space often
• being uncomfortable with emotions

People often take it personally.

This coaching session helps you understand, not chase.

You will learn:

✔ stop personalizing it
✔ communicate safely
✔ protect their heart and boundaries
