Join me as the sun rises, for a restorative invigorating walk meant to bring awareness and focused attention into our bodies and hearts.
We will begin with a brief introduction and some standing mindfulness work before we walk along the boardwalk with the same focused awareness.

We will begin with a brief meet and greet and the walk will be about 30 minutes long. You may stay longer if you wish
