Travel to Berwick on Tweed can be by road, National Express or train I will be catching the 0825 train from Nottingham and returning on the 1648 train from Berwick.

On Sunday there will be a four mile walk from the Premier Hotel on Sandgate from 2.30pm to 4.30pm followed by an evening meal from 5.00pm to 6.30pm at The Leaping Salmon, Golden Square followed by an evening four mile walk from 6.30pm to 8.30pm.

Option One I have a taxi booked for up to eight people departing at 1215pm from the Premier Inn, Sandgate which will take us to Lindisfarne followed by a walk around Holy Island then a five mile walk across the causeway to catch the bus back to Berwick. The total cost for Option One will be £10 whilst the cost for Option Two will be decided by the driver of the car and an optional choice of a £3 single bus fare back to Berwick. If you return to Berwick by bus at the end of the day then you will arrive into Berwick just after 6.00pm.
