Newark Eight Mile Circular Walk

Join us for this rescheduled day trip to Newark with an eight-mile walk around the historic town center, River Trent, and the Castle.

Halfway stop at Winthorpe with a village green and a pub for a rest and refreshment break.

Plenty of car parking throughout Newark or a large car park next door to the meetup point and starting point of the walk at Newark Castle Station.

Public transport from Nottingham Station departs at 1100 to Newark Castle Station with a return train at 1600 or 1705. A return group ticket will cost £5.20, if departing from Nottingham please meet outside Costa Coffee from 1030 onwards.
