Three Counties Eight Mile Long Eaton Circular Walk
Details
Join us for an eight-mile walk starting from West Park, Long Eaton, and walking via urban landscapes, Erewash Canal, River Erewash, River Trent, and the Golden Brook we will walk through the three counties of Derbyshire, Nottinghamshire, and Leicestershire.
Refreshment and toilet break at Trent Lock.
Free car parking at the start of the walk next door to West Park Leisure Center and public transport departs from Nottingham Friar Lane at 1053 TrentBarton Indigo to Wilsthorpe Island with a short walk to the meeting point. Return buses are every half hour from Wilsthorpe Island.
