Tony's Birthday Hangover Walk - 7 miles - Spondon, Dale Abbey, Ockbrook, Spondon
Details
This walk is the day after my 70th birthday drinks in Nottingham so a chance to clear out the hangover I'm expecting after that!
And to make that even harder, the clocks will go forward that morning so you'll have an hour less sleep (I will remind you)
START - Dale Road Park in Spondon. It is a small turning off the A6096, postcode DE21 7DN. There are black and white chevrons on a bend, the park entrance is right by the chevrons. If you are running late or lost, please ring me on the day on 07857 896467
PARKING - If driving, you can park for free and there is plenty of space.
