Sunday Morning Stroll 🚶♀️(L1)
Details
Walking is a good form of exercise. It can also be a very social activity too! So, what better way to improve your fitness levels and appreciate nature, than to join us on this gentle stroll around Rushcliffe Country Park https://www.rushcliffe.gov.uk/rushcliffecountrypark/
This level 1 walk, is around 3.5 - 4 miles long. It is mostly flat terrain (with slight inclines on some of the paths), and should take around 75 – 90 minutes to complete.
Walking speed: Moderate
Dogs (on a lead) are welcome on this walk.
After the walk, there may be the option (depending on the weather) for us to visit the park's café: "Coffee and Cake by the Lake" for refreshments, which is just a cabin where you get served at the window. Seating is outside only (picnic tables). Cash and card payments are accepted.
This walk is weather dependent. Therefore, if it is unfavourable weather, the walk will be cancelled.
