Rufford Country Park Eight Mile Circular
Details
This is an eight-mile circular walk from Rufford Abbey out to Sherwood Forest, Edwinstowe and back to Rufford Abbey; the route is a mixture of quiet roads, tracks, fields and woodland.
Refreshment and toilet break at Sherwood Forest Visitor Centre.
Arriving by Car
Parking at Rufford Abbey costs £7 for all day parking.
Arriving on Public Transport
Stagecoach bus service Sherwood Arrow departs from Nottingham Victoria Bus Station at 1045 and returns from Rufford Abbey at 1547. Return bus fare will cost £6 made up of two £3 single fares.
Children and dogs welcome on the walk.
