What we’re about

Walking - mainly in natural areas of the eastern suburbs of Perth, and mainly late afternoon - to improve our health, relax and connect with the natural world and each other. In the hotter months we tend to walk in the evenings, along lighted trails on the banks of the Swan River.
Anyone with a fitness level from fair to moderate is welcome; those who are super fit will likely find the pace a bit slow.
I am a natural history lover, so we'll see if we can learn a bit about plants, birds, fungi and animals along the way.
