This is a walk I do quite regularly and is very pleasant, and quiet most of the time. Lovely and flat and about 4.5 miles long with a small bridge to cross. As normal, if the sun is kind to us it is beautiful in places and some nice buildings to see as well.

We have not had too much rain so if that continues it should be fine with just a couple of muddy bits.

To get here from north of Guildford, from the A3 come off at the Burpham interchange and go straight across a roundabout. At the next roundabout turn right passing Sainsbury''s on your right and over the A3. At a crossroads turn right onto Blanchards Hill and it is on your right through an proper big house entrance but the signpost is not too good. There is a bus stop nearby. If you get as far as a sharp turning left and a garage on your right you have gone too far!

* The £10 scheme allows you to attend any walk led by me (when others lead it will be £4) between January 2025 and 30th June 2025. This will be about 20 walks for £10.
