Please meet in front ( High Street side ) of the Jack Phillips pub 48-56 High St, Godalming GU7 1DY

In the early hours of April 15, 1912 the worlds largest passenger ship 'The Titanic' sank to the bottom of the North Atlantic ocean costing the lives of over 1,500 souls .

One of those onboard was John 'Jack' Phillips the senior wireless operator in the radio room , from where all the distress messages and replies were sent and received .

Jack was born and raised in Godalming before joining the ship .

'This is his Story'
A two hour guided walk (3 hours including cafe stop during walk ) recounting the tale of Jacks life .

It's £4 each ( sorry , does not count for the £15 scheme )

Please meet in front ( High Street side ) of the Jack Phillips pub 48-56 High St, Godalming GU7 1DY . A large public car park is located behind the pub ( you will need 3 hours )
