Difficulty: Moderate
Scrambling: Stair climbing in spots and some slightly steeper slopes, light use of hands for balance. As this is a loop so the scrambles will be done uphill. Hiking poles help on some of the final upclimb but aren’t critical.
How easy to follow? Some forks in canyon

Trailhead (36.054660, -115.418902) Wheeler Camp Spring - a large dirt lot just north of the town of Blue Diamond. The gravel parking area is on the west wide of rt 159 just as you pass the entrance road to the gypsum mine if you are coming from the south.
Description:
This is one of the easier canyons of Blue Diamond with minimal elevation gain. A mix of canyon, trail and dirt road. No major obstacles, just a few rocks to step over.
The time of the meetup is the time we are LEAVING the carpool location (if no carpool then it is the time we are starting hike), please come on time, or chase after us frantically if you are late. Please review the planned hike if possible, be prepared for a no host event should your organizer need to drop off at the last minute. Pictures are often taken during meetups and posted on the site, if you don't want to be photographed then wear a bag over your head. If the meetup only has one person coming it may be canceled if I can’t be sure you will show up (I’ll try to contact you). Hiking time estimates are for an average size group, smaller groups go faster and larger groups slower.
