For beginners as well as advanced meditators.
Join me for a weekly hiking (walking) meditation. I will teach a quick, easy guided meditation to the group before the hike and then we can talk about insights/clarity during and at the end.
Bring water and it’s extremely wise to bring valuables in a backpack or fanny pack to help prevent break-ins/theft. Take NW Thurman Street West until it dead ends into the fire road entrance and park. Parking is free.
RSVP closes on Saturday at 3pm. I will reach out after this time and coordinate exact meeting info so we can all find each other at the trail entrance.
Please remove your RSVP ASAP if you do not intend to attend so the waitlist can join.
We will wait 10 minutes at the entrance for all participants to arrive. Please try to be a few minutes early or on time :)
