Learning to walk mindfully is the easiest way to apply mindfulness to your daily life. I have been meditating for 24 years. We will meet at the Queen Victoria statue every Saturday at 3:30 PM and walk the waterfront for 30 minutes silently. Brief instruction will be given to be able to walk mindfully. Essentially, walking meditation is returning to the immediate experience of this one, long eternal moment of NOW without judgment. Hopefully, after a few months of walking meditation, a person will be able to feel their whole body and mind at once as a unit and to be able to inventory all the thoughts in their mind and to be able to pick the most functional thought or non response in daily life at combat speed! We will go for a meal after our mindful stroll. Come and learn how to enter this One Reality mindfully through walking!
