Walking Mindfulness In A Scenic Location

Details
Enjoy some walking mindfulness in an outdoor, scenic location at Prospect Ponds. Whether you enjoy mindfulness practices or you just want to enjoy a walk outdoors, everyone is welcome.
From Prospect and Sharp Point, go south on Sharp Point. Follow Sharp Point to the four-way stop (Sharp Point, Midway, Nancy Grace, and Environmental Dr). Go east on Environmental Drive, pass Drake Water Facility, and park in the dirt lot.
Due to iffy weather, I picked a location with a cement trail option. That way, regardless of the weather, I will be there, and people don't need to wonder if it is supposed to snow. Snow can make wonderful mindfulness walks, anyway. There are also dirt paths around the ponds and near the Poudre River.
After a short introduction and sharing a few tips, walk wherever you please. After about 30-40 minutes, I will be at the picnic area near the parking lot if anyone wants to gather and share tips.
About me and my experience
Mindfulness Walking is a great way to monitor your present experience in through the breath, your body, and your senses. This is a casual group and no meditation experience is required.
I am currently focused on increasing awareness of the thread of consciousness that begins at the waking state of awareness and moves through the conscious, subconscious, metaconscious, and superconscious bands of the mind.
I have studied integral meditation since 2006, applying transformational meditations that allow balanced spiritual development. For more info on my meditation courses, see my site at williamwood (dot) co (no “m” at the end) I am also putting these on FB under the same name since if you want to follow on that app.
Suggestions for this group are welcome. What park would you like to visit? What tip do you use to reach a state of mindfulness?
