NAMIWalks Silicon Valley

Join us at the 2026 NAMIWalks Silicon Valley!

NAMI (National Alliance on Mental Illness) help people with a lived experience of mental illness and their families by providing support, education and advocacy; to promote research; to reduce stigma and discrimination in the community; and to improve services by working with mental health professionals and families.

To participate in the walk is FREE, but they do ask for people to sign up. You can register here. You can sign up as an individual or feel free to join my team (Cause Squad)! Donations are NOT required but highly encouraged.

We will meet at the check-in table. I will have a neon green shirt so you can easily spot me! Reach out if you have any questions!

Timeline for the day:

• 9:30am-meet at check-in table
• 10am- walk begins
• 11am- estimated end of walk. The walk is around 1 mile
