We meet at the corner of Roosevelt and Michigan by the Subway Sandwich Shop and head East then South. We pass the following: Field Museum, Shed Aquarium, Adler Planetarium, 12th St Beach. We will walk Northerly Island to the end and back. We will also see Burnham Harbor, the Tribute to Freedom statue, The Veteran's Memorial, Eternal Flame of Hope - 50th Anniversary Monument to the Special Olympics. The Chicago Police K9 And Equine Memorial Plaza, the Chicago Police Gold Star Families Memorial, The Balbo Monument, Chicago Police Officers Memorial. Statues of George Halas and Walter Payton (Chicago Bears), The Battle of Fort Dearborn park. Chicago Women's Park And Gardens, Helping Hands: Memorial to Jane Addams, The Clarke-Ford House and Finally The Blues Trail: Mississippi to Chicago Historical Marker
