We'll meet on Jackson Ave in La Grange Park. We'll walk East through the neighborhoods that don't have much tree cover first. That takes us to Brezina Woods which begins the tree cover. We'll head West eventually ending up at the corner of Cermack and La Grange road. Across the street is a Jewel Foods where we can make a restroom stop if needed. We continue South and have a few nice views of Salt Creek. This area is called Possum Hollow Woods - love that name. Almost expect Barney Fife to walk by.
We cut through a neighborhood and enter Salt Creek Woods eventually walking over the Salt Creek and exit the woods at Jackson Ave where we parked.
