# 🥾 WALK DESCRIPTION
Beginning at the Main Entrance Carpark, the circuit eases into the calm woodland that frames the lower part of Churchill National Park. The trees sit close and quiet here, creating a soft, sheltered start before the landscape gradually opens.
As the loop rises toward Trig Point Lookout, the vegetation shifts into open scrub and broader spaces. The climb is gentle, and the reward comes quickly — wide, beautiful views across the surrounding hills and open country, the kind of outlook that feels expansive without being dramatic. It’s a moment of simple, scenic clarity that defines the walk.
The return continues through open patches and quiet bush, carrying the same relaxed mid‑winter atmosphere back toward the carpark. The terrain stays friendly, the pacing easy, and the whole circuit feels like a warm, shared afternoon outdoors — shaped more by openness and light than by effort.
