Grief and Nature Play - a holiday centerpiece workshop

The intention of this workshop is to facilitate connection and play at times that can often feel very disconnected, lonely, and overwhelming (times of loss, and the holidays). Come play with plants/flowers and create something beautiful; a pathway to connecting with others who are also grieving, while reconnecting with yourself and with Nature!
In this 90min workshop, we’ll be making simple holiday centrepieces, while honouring the losses we’re experiencing and the grief in our hearts.
No previous floral experience required.

This is a collaborative workshop between local Tapping into Love grief specialist Kimberly Robbie, and John from Laurel’s on Whyte flower shop!
