A place to nurture your heart, body and soul with group connection and gentle gigong practices. * No previous qigong experience required.

We live in a world that teaches us that when we are experiencing emotional pain, we should "stay strong", "keep busy", "grieve alone" and "not burden others with our feelings", and we learn at a very young age that our feelings are not welcome, and can be labeled as "too much" or "too sensitive". Unfortunately, these messages interfere with the natural flow of emotional energy/grief through our bodies, and hence prolongs our suffering.

Truly honouring our broken hearts and our grieving bodies through authentic connection with others and movement promotes the natural flow of our emotions and a healthier grieving process. We are not meant to grieve alone - our nervous systems are created to need the in-person connection of others humans to co-regulate one another. And there is never more important time to connect and co-regulate with other humans than during painful and scary times of loss/grief.
Come join us for a nurturing group experience that your body and heart will not forget! 🥰
