A safe space to share and connect with others who are grieving all types of loss, including death, ends of relationships, betrayal loss, health loss, loss of pet, job loss, moving, infertility, miscarriage, retirement, financial loss, and ANY big life changes.

Just as we are meant to celebrate life's joys together in connection with others, we are also meant to grieve life's losses/changes together in connection with others. Our human nervous systems need quality, in-person connection to co-regulate one another. We are not meant to grieve alone, although our world (and family) teach us early to "stay strong", "not burden others with our feelings", "grieve alone", and "keep ourselves busy/distract ourselves", and that our NORMAL emotions of grief are "too sensitive", "too much" and not welcome. These messages only keep the emotional energy of grief trapped in our bodies, prolonging our struggle.
The intention of this group is about the exact opposite of what we've been taught - this is a safe space to come as you are, whatever your heart and body may be feeling, and to share and connect with others who are also grieving. As we share space and stories together, and practice simple self compassion practices, we see how very similar we are and how very similar the pain of grief feels for us all, regardless of the nature of our loss(es).

This is a drop-in group running monthly on the following Tuesday evenings from 7:30 - 8:30pm.

Registration - Drop in $15 / session - can be paid by cash in person, or by e-transfer to [krobbie17@gmail.com](mailto:krobbie17@gmail.com)
