The Cardiff 3 Peaks

A circular walk around the 3 peaks overlooking Cardiff, starting and finishing at Forest Fawr behind Castell Coch.

This challenging route will take you up The Garth the hard way, back down to Taffswell, up Craig yr Allt for lunch and then over to Caerphilly Mountain.

12-miles/19-km with 800m of elevation gain.
Mostly off road and will involve rough mountain paths, bring a packed lunch, lots of water if it's sunny and you will need a fair level of fitness for this one.
