Join us for our next SIR146 Welcome Lunch at the Boundary Oak Clubhouse in Walnut Creek. This relaxed, friendly gathering is designed for senior men in the Walnut Creek and from adjacent communicties who want more connection, conversation, and community in their week. You’ll meet current members, enjoy a casual lunch together, and get a clear sense of what SIR146 offers — from walking groups and hiking to bridge, dominoes, photography, wine tastings, book discussions, and more. 2/3rds of our activities are co-ed.
If you’re retired or semi‑retired, new to the area, or simply looking to expand your social circle, this lunch is the perfect low‑pressure way to explore whether SIR146 is a good fit. You’ll hear a brief overview of our activities, learn how membership works, and have plenty of time to chat with local men who were once newcomers themselves. We look forward to welcoming you and helping you connect with a great group of peers.
