🎄 WOTS 3rd Christmas Party – Let’s Celebrate in Style! 🎶

You're warmly invited to our 3rd WOTS Christmas celebration – and this year, we're turning up the festive vibes with a fabulous Freddie Mercury Tribute Night!

Join us on Friday, 19th December 2025, from 7:00 pm to 11.30 pm, for a night of great food, uplifting company, and unforgettable entertainment at the much-loved, family-run La Familiar Spanish Tapas Restaurant on Hampton High Street, Hampton Hill.

Enjoy a delicious 3-course dinner, live music, and the joy of being together to round off the year in true WOTS style.

Tickets are £49.95 per person (meal service fee included), and spaces are limited – our parties always fill up fast!

To secure your place, a £25 deposit per person is required at the point of RSVP'ing (DM Diane Mitchell for payment details). Please use “X25 + your name” when making a payment.

Pre-order food and pay the remaining balance to Diane by 5th December.

Drinks Ordering: Individuals will order and purchase their own drinks at the bar to avoid a 10% service fee, which will be added to the cost of any drinks purchased at our table.

TO JOIN THIS MEET-UP WOTS 25 Xmas Party EVENT

• You need to hold a Paid Membership for the Winter/Summer period (1st February 2025 to 31 July 2025)
• You will be a paid member for (1st August 2025 to 31st January 2026 Summer/Winter)
• Note: each membership costs £10.

To become a member of WOTS click on the ‘Request to Join’ button and once accepted as a member of the group you can upgrade to our Paid Membership and come along to our fantastic selection of events.

Alternatively, if you want to find out 'If WOTS is for you?’ join as a member and attend one event of your choice on a ‘one-off trial basis.’
NOTE: One-off trial is not available for this event.

Once a member, click on the ‘Attend’ button of your selected event, so we know you're coming, and direct message Diane Mitchell, the group leader to confirm you're attending using the ‘one-off trial basis ' option.

If you have a great time (which we're sure you will) and want to attend other events, you can upgrade to the Paid Membership. Direct message Diane Mitchell for details on how to upgrade your membership or if you have any questions.

Please note: A ‘Request to Join’ confirms agreement to the Walton on Thames Social Group Terms and Conditions. Also ticketed events and associated costs for attending external events such as shows, dances, and meals etc are not included in the Paid Membership or when attending an event on a ‘one-off trial basis ' as a member.

Paid Members when inviting guests to an event please send your guest this link: Walton on Thames Social (WOTS) Group and ask them to ‘Request to Join’ the group. Once a member your guest can go into WOTS in meetup and select to Attend their chosen event, either as a member on a ‘one-off trial basis ' or by purchasing a Paid Membership. Please direct message Diane Mitchell with your guest's name or if you have any questions.

The Hosts for this event will message via the WOTS Meet up Group nearer the date on where to meet.

CANCELLATIONS:
Non-refundable payment.
If you need to cancel your attendance at this event, it is up to you to find a replacement. However, reach out to your host who will endeavor to help fill you please. If the menu has already been submitted to the resteraunt, this means it may not be possible to change the initial order.
If you have to cancel and sell your ticket on, you can post your update in the event chat.
Note: Only WOTS paid members can attend this event.

We know things happen no matter if you change your mind or life gets in the way. All we ask is that, for any reason you are unable to attend you amend your RSVP ASAP so we know not to expect you (as above). Your generous act of updating your RSVP will make way for another person to meet up and make connections.
