Boat Cruise Walton on Thames

We are super delighted to return to this 45-minute boat cruise followed by a Sunday session pub meet.

This event is really popular - so RSVP today to join us.

Embark on a delightful 45-minute Shepperton circular cruise with us, departing from Cowey Sale, Walton Bridge.

Following the boat cruise, we'll head to one of the local riverside pubs for coffees/drinks/food (at your own discretion).
Please join us after the cruise if this is suitable for your timing. No problem if you choose to uptake the cruise only.

The route will take you through the Desborough Channel, around D’Oyly Carte Island, built by the founder of the Savoy Hotel and former rehearsal base of Gilbert and Sullivan Operas, and then returns along the meandering old river.

Along the way, you’ll pass charming landmarks such as the Georgian Shepperton Manor, picturesque bungalows, gardens and the area Julius Caesar crossed the Thames on his invasion of Britain.
After passing the boarding point, the boat continues through Walton Bridge, making a brief turn before completing the short return journey.

Meet Time: 11:15 am
Departure Time: 11:30 am
Return: 12:15 pm

Following the Boat cruise, we'll head to one of the local pubs on the river for a couple of hours. (optional)

Departure point is Cowey Sale (Walton Bridge). Free car parking opposite.

There will be a fully licensed bar on board. During the duration of the trip, snacks and soft drinks are on board, however they do not serve sandwiches. Purchased at your own discretion.
