Outdoor Yoga WALX amongst the tranquillity of Holt Heath Woodland. Enjoy a slow walk followed by 30 mins of Yoga postures - no experience necessary and poles can be provided.
Each week we will build upon our postures to attain greater strength and flexibility. All asanas have modifications and progressions so it is suitable for every level. We will also add breathing exercises and balance techniques.
