At Wander Free Wellness, we believe the journey IS the destination. This group is for the free wanderers. The people who want to feel free to be the truest, deepest version of themselves. The wanderers who live life with a deep curiosity for the world around them, who love to travel, meet new people, and experience new things. Free wanderers fuel their journey with healthy food, movement, outdoor adventure, music, art, and anything else that helps them feel the most alive.
In this group we are committed to connection, healing, and self-discovery through yoga, meditation, nature, travel, and the arts. We'll offer opportunities for yoga classes and workshops both indoors and out, group hiking retreats, paddleboarding (no need to own your own), meetups for healthy meals, art and music excursions, travel, etc.
This group is run by Jen Wyatt ~ she leads yoga, yoga hikes, retreats, and is a lover and advocate of all things holistic health and wellness. She's hoping to create a community of like-minded people who feel the same way about life and want to let themselves wander free!
