Braunton Burrows & Beach Summer Evening Walk

A summer evening walk through Braunton Burrows and along the southern end of Saunton beach, enjoying views of the Taw / Torridge estuary and surrounding coast. Starting at Sandy Lane car park and walking along the coast path and then taking a footpath through Braunton Burrows to reach the beach. Walking along the beach and then looping back through the Burrows to return to the car park.

Meet at Sandy Lane Car Park at 6.30pm.

Terrain: Gravel roads, beach, and footpaths. Mostly flat and even underfoot. Some stretches of sandy/ soft sand footpath which can be more strenuous to walk on. Can be wet and muddy patches in places.
