Duunkery Beacon from Exford - Circular Walk
12 miles - Moderate terrain/ challenging due distance
This is beautiful hike across moorland where we should be able to see glorious heather in full bloom. At the midway point we reach Dunkery Beacon, the highest point in Somerset where we will have our picnic lunch and enjoy the magnificent views.

Limited parking spaces at £5.50 per day, please car share wherever possible.

Grade: Moderate / Challenging due to length
Terrain: Some sections can be uneven underfoot and muddy in wet weather. One steep ascent/ descent. Open moor, woodland, and a quiet road.
