A walk from Barnstaple through Pilton Park and along the river Yeo to reach Yeo Valley Woodland. Starting at Fair View car park and walking around Pilton Park and then taking lanes and footpaths along the banks of the river Yeo to reach Derby Road and then the entrance to Yeo Valley Woodland. Walking around the woodland and then returning to the car park along St George’s Road.

Meet outside Barnstaple Fair View car park at 10am.

Grade: Moderate
Terrain: Public footpaths, tarmac roads and woodland trails. Footpaths can be muddy in places. Small stretches of ascent.
Toilets: Pilton Park.
Parking: Fair View car park £3.50 all day.
