Croyde - Putsborough Walk

Saturday 18th October 10am. Croyde - Putsborough
A gentle walk through the pretty village of Croyde to Putsborough beach enjoying beautiful coastal views towards Woolacombe and Morte Point. Starting in Croyde and taking countryside lanes through the village and then a bridleway to reach Putsborough. Descending to reach the beach and walking along this for a short distance before looping back to join the coast path. Returning to Croyde over Napps Cliff. Option to stay for coffee/ drinks at Blue Groove at the end of the walk.
Meet at Croyde Village Car Park at 10am.

Distance: 4.1 miles (6.6km)
Route type: Circular.
Grade: Moderate.
Terrain: Public footpaths, bridleways, coast path and countryside roads. Footpaths be wet and muddy in damp weather. Short sections of ascent/ descent. Beach section - soft sand can be more strenuous to walk on.
Toilets: Croyde next to car park.
Parking: Croyde village car park £1.60/hour.
Please wear weather/ ground conditions appropriate clothing/ footwear and bring snacks/drinks.
