A pretty walk from the picturesque village of Weare Giffard to Huntshaw Wood and Berry Castle, the remains of an Iron Age Hill Fort. Starting in Weare Giffard and walking through Weare Wood and then descending to take a footpath to Southcott Barton and Cleave Farm. Then taking lanes to descend to Huntshaw Mill Bridge and taking woodland trails through Huntshaw Woods to reach Berry Castle. The taking lanes and bridleways to return through the village to reach the car park.
Meet at the Weare Giffard Play Park car parking area at 10am.
