Group Guitar Night: Learn Your First Song

We'll be meeting in the large community room A. After you enter the main doors, walk up to the main desk and Community Room A is just to the left down a small hallway next to the restrooms. Look for a sign that says Wandering Bards Guitar Night or a guy with a guitar and a slightly chaotic notebook.

This is a beginner-friendly group guitar lesson designed to help you play your first full song—even if you've never picked up a guitar before. We'll break it down step by step, laugh through the mistakes, and celebrate the progress.

Our first song will be Last Kiss by Pearl Jam. It’s simple, emotional, and a great one for beginners to strum and sing along to. Bring your acoustic guitar (or electric with a small amp) and an open mind. We'll finish by jamming together and maybe even making plans to form mini bands as we grow. Afterward, you're invited to join us for food and conversation at a nearby spot!
