With a strong network and strategic partnerships, Ajay excels at sourcing development opportunities and executing successful construction programs. Before founding PLMD Group, he spent over a decade in asset management roles at firms like Morgan Stanley, JP Morgan, UBS, and Bank of America.

Finbarr Doyle
With 25+ years in supply chain, construction, and procurement, Finbarr is known for his strategic mindset and turning challenges into opportunities. After scaling a global games business to £7M, he transitioned into the building materials sector, eventually leading the £500M IBC Buying Group.
In 2020, he co-founded P4HB, offering procurement solutions for SME developers, along with Daylight (architectural glazing) and Genau Kitchens (bespoke kitchens). Finbarr is passionate about innovation, mentoring, and helping businesses unlock value and drive growth across the construction industry.
