A Spring Awakening Day Trip to Hyde Park: Part 1 - Lunch at the CIA

On the first day of spring, let's take a day trip heading north to go visit and explore the CIA - no, not the spy agency - but the famed Culinary Institute of America, located in Hyde Park, NY, reachable on Metro-North to Poughkeepsie then Uber over

There are 2 separate Meetups to the day. You can attend either or both Meetups. Just be responsible when you sign up to either or both

Once we arrive in Hyde Park we will start the day having lunch at the American Bounty Restaurant on the campus of the CIA

• If you cancel less than 48 hours before Meetup, you'll lose your entire deposit.

GETTING THERE: Metro-North to Poughkeepsie then 5-min shareride over to the CIA.

• the 8:56AM Metro-North out of Grand Central Terminal will get you to Poughkeepsie by 10:58am
• I plan on taking Metro-North if you want to go together. Otherwise make your own way to the CIA by 12PM
