It is a fun social group activity set to music. Participants react to a caller's instructions, creating a fast-paced and engaging dance experience. Think of it more like "walking to music". The joy comes from teamwork, from learning new moves, and from enjoying the upbeat modern music and social interaction, all while getting your steps in.

Bring indoor shoes to "dance" in to and a water bottle to keep hydrated. . Sign up that night for the full 25 week class from Sept11/25- Mar26/26 and get the course for only $190
