- Different type of Japanese rice tasting
- Learn the concept of Umami and how to use Dashi ( typical Japanese broth)
- We show you how to use chopsticks correctly
- Japanese dining etiquette will be explained.
- Aperitif drink and green tea will be served!

Futomaki roll

Inside out roll
Ingredients : avocado, carrot, celery, cream cheese seaweed caviar, fried onion, seaweed)
Option : Salmon and tuna on top roll
Ingredients : smoke salmon , tuna fish, cream cheese, celery, avocado carrot, seaweed caviar)
Duration : 2.5 ihours 30€
Option : with salmon + 10€
(Minimum 5 ppl max 15 ppl)
