## What Goes Down

1. Kickoff (5 mins): I set the stage—high-energy, no fluff. “Got a work task that takes hours? Drop it in the chat or unmute and vent. Let’s make it history!” I’ll demo a quick fix (e.g., automating email sorting with Python) to get the blood pumping.
2. Bottleneck Bash (10 mins): You and the crowd throw out your worst work problems. Examples:

• “My team’s Jira tickets are a mess.”
• “I’m stuck reformatting reports every week.”
  We vote (Zoom poll or chat reactions) for the top 5-7 to crush.

3. LIVE Solution Slam (40 mins): I take your pain points and build solutions LIVE using AI (Grok, ChatGPT, or APIs) and code (Python, JS, or no-code tools). Each fix takes 2-5 minutes.

• Simple? I’ll deploy it on the spot (e.g., a Python script to clean data).
• Complex? I’ll sketch the architecture and share a code snippet or tool stack to wire it up.
