Following the Wardley Mapping evolution stages, the meetup group is in Genesis stage. It has the characteristics of:

• Certainty: Poorly understood
• Market: Undefined
• User perception: Confusion / Exciting
• Failure: Tolerated
• Market action: Gambling / driven by gut

The purpose of the first meetup is to make the Wardley Mapping Barcelona Meetup group to move it into custom-build evolutionary stage.

How? By knowing each other.
We will share our experiences with Wardley Mapping and sharing which are our expectations with this meetup, we will set the direction of the community together.

We will answer questions like:

• When did you discover Wardley Mapping?
• Which is your experience with WM?
• Which tools do you use for WM?
• Do you use WM at your job?
• How did you introduce WM at your job and increased the adoption?
• How could you help succeed this meetup?
• Are you able to host a meetup in your office?
• How many people can you host?

Language
English is preferred but we will check at the beginning of the meetup which is the language people is most comfortable with.

All attendees and speakers at the meetup are required to agree with the following code of conduct. Organizers will enforce this code throughout the event. We are expecting cooperation from all participants to help ensuring a safe environment for everybody.
