The emergent strategy is a book written by Alejandro Salazar.
The principles he explains there are aligned with Simon Wardley Wardley Maps, with Roger Martin's Play to Win and with Porter's principles (it make sense as Alejandro worked in Monitor for some years).
During this sesion I would like to review the main concepts Alejandro describes in his Theory of the Emergent strategy.
It will be just an hour limited by personal constraints.
