What’s the Mastermind Goal?
The main goal of the Mastermind is to give everybody more motivation to keep creating content and acting persistently.
It takes time to get any results of the work we put online and even after success we can fall into new layers of stagnation.
Regular contact with people that have the same goal is a powerful motivational boost that can make a difference.
Side goals of the Mastermind are:
- Networking: extending network of like minded people.
- Education: discussing different ideas/approaches to content creation, learning from each other.
For Who?
Mastermind is for people who are serious about creating content online. They either do it consistently already or at least created social media profiles and recently published the first piece of content.
Mastermind is not for people who are only thinking about creating content but have never done any action in this direction.
Mastermind is for people who can attend events in Warsaw. I strongly prefer meetings face to face over online meetings (that don't provide such a motivational boost and they tend to gather people who are less committed).
What Will Happen at Events?
The structure of the mastermind meetings reflects the goals of the group.
Huge attention is put into being accountable - providing updates every meeting (like a standup in software companies).
Proposed structure of the meeting:
- Standup. Everybody tells what they are doing, what they did in the last weeks and what they plan to do in the next few weeks. They say their biggest struggles
- Discussing the topic of the meeting. Topics can be very specific (e.g. collecting followers or discussing specific platforms) or discussion about some problem that the given person currently has regarding content creation.
