At the Monday's meetup we will take into our hands very useful tool which is Customer Journey Map. This tool helped a lot of organizations to innovate and grow their businesses. Your next big thing can start when you realize where are the "argh!" points during the customer experience.

WHAT IT IS? A customer journey map tells the story of the customer’s experience: from initial contact, through the process of engagement and into a long-term relationship.

WHAT WE WILL DO? We will take one process that daily touches almost everyone and try to divide it in the small parts of the whole customer experience in order to define which points can be optimized. What process would you like to break down?????
