🎤 KEYNOTE:

***Business-Driven IT – From Technology to Business Impact ***

What if the real challenge of digital transformation isn’t technology, but choosing the right business problems to solve?

Business-Driven IT goes beyond the traditional model of Business defining requirements and IT delivering solutions. It is about bringing Business and IT together around shared goals, shared ownership and, most importantly, measurable business outcomes.
In his keynote, Przemysław Głębocki, VP Road IT & EMFD at DSV, will explore what this shift looks like in practice and why successful transformation is not about adopting more technology. It is about connecting technology, data, people and priorities to create real business impact.

The session will explore the move:

  • from projects to products
  • from IT outputs to measurable business value
  • from technology initiatives to shared business transformation

💬PANEL DISCUSSION:

***Are We Solving the Right Problems or Just Solving Some Problems Well? ***

Featuring:

  • Adam Łojek, Head of Ecosystem Rollout, Road IT, DSV
  • Philipp Lingenhoff, Tribe Lead of Road Execution, Road IT, DSV
  • Martin Bell, Tribe Lead of Road Pricing & Network, Road IT, DSV

Great technology does not automatically create great business outcomes.
Following the keynote, we’ll bring the conversation to the panel and challenge one of the most important questions facing modern organisations:

Are Business and IT focused on the problems that matter most, or are we simply getting better at delivering what is already on the roadmap?

Together with Adam, Philipp and Martin, leading the teams responsible for delivering and rolling out STAR, the strategic transport management system for DSV, we’ll take the Business-Driven IT concept from theory into the reality of a complex logistics and transport environment.
