• What we'll do Through learning to meditate, we can transform our life. This is because meditation is a scientific method to improve our human nature. Everyone needs to be good-natured with a good heart, because in this way we can solve our own problems as well as those of others, and we can make our human life meaningful. Experience the practical benefits of Buddha’s teachings, learn to overcome your problems and find profound meaning in your life. Each weekly class includes two guided meditations, practical wisdom on how to maintain the experience of the inner peace in daily life and time to discuss the ideas presented. • What to bring Nothing in particular, but some people like to take notes so you may wish to bring a notepad and pen. • Important to know In terms of dress, feel free to come however you are comfortable.

Public Group

Meet like-minded people interested in meditation near you! Learn how to meditate or deepen your current meditation practice. A trademark of the meditations we emphasize is the ease in which they can be used both “on the cushion” and in our daily lives.

Each meeting will include practical meditation, and a talk on how to reduce stress and other problems encountered in daily life and how to increase mental and physical well-being. There will also be plenty of time to discuss the ideas presented.

Although the meditations and talks are based on Kadampa Buddhist philosophy, you don't need to be a Buddhist to enjoy this group. Kadampa Buddhism stresses a spiritual path of individual transformation and to look within ourselves for the inner peace and happiness we seek. Everyone is welcome!
