It's never too late to create new, healthy habits! Everyone can meditate, and by learning to meditate we can transform our life from the inside. Meditation is simply learning how to direct our thoughts to ways of thinking and being that bring about a happy, peaceful feeling. Even if our inner world feels crowded and cramped, and we have a lot of stress or anxiety, we can benefit from meditation. In this series, we will learn the basics of meditation, accessible, down-to-earth instructions on how to deal with mental busyness and stress, and how to start moving in an encouraging and positive direction. We will leave feeling energized that, even with a busy lifestyle, we can incorporate new ways of thinking and being that uplift us and improve our relationships.
You don’t need to attend every class in the series. Each class will be of benefit for the beginner as well as experienced meditator.
