THERE ARE NO TANGO WARWICK CLASSES at St Mary's on FRIDAY 5th June. It is time for their monthly traditional milonga, a social dancing event which brings in tango dancers from across the Midlands and beyond.
For this glorious June edition of Tango Warwick's traditional milonga Tango Warwick are delighted to welcome back Ewa Zbrzeska as guest DJ. Her last time here was for the Grand Spa Ball at the 2025 Tango Spa festival, making it a superb evening. She will ensure that the milonga will brighten, excite, amaze, and enchant your Friday evening, and light up the month to come. Come and join friendly dancers from all over the region, and beyond, in the creation of lovely dances inspired by her music. A perfect evening for the enjoyment of the glory of tango
TIME: 8pm to midnight, Friday 6th February.
PLACE: Warwick SPACE, 71 Coten End, Warwick CV34 4NU.
COST (at door in cash) : £12 (£8 for students with student card). IN CASH. Prebooking not required.

Tango Warwick will be at home in Warwick SPACE. It is a large room with a good floor,(recently restored at enormous expense!), in a space reminiscent of Buenos Aires' Sunderland Club (some say), and with great acoustics.
There will be some nibbles, cold soft drinks, fine cordials and wine for early arrivers, but BYOB if you wish.
We encourage good tango, nice ronda and cabeceo!
It will be the friendly, joyful, welcoming, and lively, milonga tango dancers have come to love. Above all there will be a warm welcome for visitors, occasionals, and regulars alike.

WARWICK SPACE is on the north side of the main road north of the river between Leamington and Warwick; next to the Black Pug pub, aka Millwright Arms, and almost opposite a Sainsbury local. It is a short walk from Warwick Railway Station, and not far from M40 and A46. There are several hotels & B&B's nearby in this tourist area, several doing good deals on Friday off season nights. The Castle Limes Hotel is a few minutes away. Kenilworth hotels are a short drive away.

PARKING is mostly on road, especially towards Warwick on the main road or Smith Street (one way, going East), on back streets (not very easy), or towards Warwick station. The huge St Nicholas Park car park is about 10 minutes walk away but you probably could do with a torch on the way back. [If you drop by next door at the Black Pug, and eg enjoy "Fizz Friday! Enjoy half-price fizz from 5 PM to 7 PM" they may well let you park there for the evening...]
